We have been going to Dekalb Pediatrics for about 17 years. We’ve had great experiences. Today we saw Dr. Edwards and it was a good visit.

Despite the sometime long waits, it’s always a great visit full of information care and attention. After a rough visit the exit nurse truly is the best. Her warmth and gentle voice always makes my boy happy that it’s all over….along with the stickers. Love and highly recommend DP.

The doctors that have provided care for my children at Dekalb Pediatrics are always professional, courteous, educators, and focused on their care and overall health needs. This practice has provided care for my three children since birth, over 15 years. We moved out of the area but continue to travel here, due to the balance and focus on service, efficiency, healthcare and patience of the medical staff

We’ve seen Dr. Andrew Godfrey-Kittle as the primary pediatrician for our three kids for just over 10 years – we went in today for our oldest’s 10 year checkup, his brother’s 8 year checkup, and to get a vaccine for our youngest. He’s wonderful – very considerate, thorough, patient, and attentive. My kids love him, and we trust him; so virtually every appointment we’ve had for the past decade has been made with him when possible. Thanks for having such a great staff – every person is wonderful. The MA we saw today was Rose (I’m so sorry if I’m misremembering), and our visit was nothing short of exceptional 🙂

We had an excellent experience during our recent visit. The staff scheduled an annual checkup and ADHD follow up for our daughter in one appointment, which was extremely convenient. Our appointment was with Mallory, an NP who was extremely thorough and took her time with us, and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. She provided us with excellent resources as well. The checkout staff was wonderful and assisted us with an issue that arose. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. GK is phenomenal, including the rest of the doctors and nurse practitioners. It would be amiss if I didn’t include the nurses, receptionists, and other personnel, who are all quick, professional, kind, caring, and efficient. All 3 of my kids have been cared for by this practice since birth.

My kids have seen Dr. Pollack for years now and we all adore her and truly value her expertise and kindness. She always takes time to explain everything and answer questions. Her bedside manner with the kids can’t be beat. We had a negative experience at an urgent care and were lucky enough to see Dr. Pollack for a sick visit to sort everything out. I left feeling so relieved that we went to Dekalb Pediatrics for a second opinion after the urgent care visit. I am so thankful for the care my kids have received over the years.

This practice is outstanding. I never have to wait long once I arrive. They get us in and get us out. Sara, one of the nurse practitioners is AMAZING! I never feel rushed! She answers all of my questions and she pays close attention to my concerns. The front desk and check out desk staff are amazing too! Everyone is friendly and ready to assist in any way they can

Dr. GK was so fantastic! My 10 month old was not feeling well and he was kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and provided a level of care that alleviated the concerns I had about her health. Very grateful to have gotten a same day appointment with very little waiting time and with such a high level of care.

We saw Dr. GK and a new physician (who were working as a team). My daughter came in for a sore throat. She was swabbed by the nurse and diagnosed with strep. Everyone was polite, kind, and gentle with my daughter. The visit was efficient and a prescription for antibiotics was sent to our pharmacy. I have always been pleased with the bedside manner and knowledge of the physicians at Dekalb Pediatrics. I am happy that both of my children are patients here

My son had his 12 year appt today and saw Mallory. My son is neuro-divergent and has a hard time at doc appts. Mallory was absolutely amazing…she was so helpful as my son struggled through it. I often feel other docs and nurses try to rush us through the appointment which makes everything so much harder and stressful — Mallory was so patient and wonderful.

The staff at DeKalb Pediatrics is always so very helpful, prompt, thorough and willing to listen and answer any questions that the patient or us as parents may have. We have been happy with the practitioners and overall staff since we switched from Briarcliff Pediatrics about 8 years ago. I recommend them highly and they will continue to be our children’s pediatric practice of choice.

Today was our very first visit. We really loved it. Just pulling into the parking lot, the building is really nice and well maintained. The inside was so beautifully decorated with pretty colors and murals in very room. The staff were as sweet and as pure cane sugar. We loved the nurse and doctors. Extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and put my worries at ease. My 2-year-old was so comfortable that she fell asleep during her appointment. Even the bandages they give are so cute. She was very pleased with her sticker at the end of her appointment. You can tell everyone there enjoys their job. Just hearing the staff chat amongst themselves, you can tell it’s a good work environment and that they get along and communicate well. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Pollack is a ray of sunshine!

My son has been a pt here since he was born. We had Dr. Pollack in the hospital and still have her as my son’s primary MD, and we all love her. Even when my son is extremely anxious about going to the doctor’s office, when he hears that he will be seeing Dr. Pollack, he is always more at ease. She has a wealth of medical knowledge, but it’s her real world experience that often answers those extra questions we have and puts us at ease. We LOVE Dr. Kolesky! We have been lucky enough to be with Dr. Kolesky since our daughter was born. I love the continuity of care, and I really appreciate how much Dr. Kolesky speaks directly with my daughter. We were able to get a same-day sick appointment (which we so appreciate) – called at 10am and got a 3:15 appointment (which was an ideal time). Only waited in the waiting room about 8 minutes and in the private room maybe another 5. Dr. G-K was thorough and friendly and answered all of our questions including suggesting some over the counter items to help with ear/pain/pressure (no infection), congestion– and a little unrelated face rash.

However, I couldn’t imagine a better experience with staff, nursing, and especially Dr. G-K! He really makes the boys feel comfortable and heard. They open up more to him about issues I didn’t even know about. Thank you, Andrew, for making us comfy. and we WILL be back.

I have 4 kids with my oldest being almost 20 years and my youngest being 3 years of age and Dekalb Pediatric doctors has been their healthcare providers. I would like to see the option of scheduling appointments on the patient portal, that’s it. Keep up the amazing work.

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and most of all caring. My son has autism and with it a set of challenges. Each employee made sure to care for my son as if he were their own. Thank you for being how healthcare providers should be. I recommend Dekalb Pediatric Center to all parents.

No complaints, all was well. Ms. Birdie and another staff member were truly amazing with helping my child with the anxiousness he was experiencing. He was able to remain calm throughout his entire appointment. Dr. GK was extremely helpful with medical advice he provided us and his attention to detail was superb.

We absolutely love this practice. They are always kind, patient, and take the time to really listen and address any concerns we have. The care and attention they give to our children make every visit a positive experience. We are so grateful for their excellent care!

Our child just made it to 1 year and we have been patients at Dekalb Pediatrics the entire time. Everyone has been helpful and kind. I enjoy receiving updates in the portal as well as the ability to securely share messages that way. All of the rooms have different themes that capture the child’s interest, A great place and I’m happy we selected this practice as the office for our little one.

The young lady (Jessica) was very informative the entire step from my son hearing, vision, and fly test. I have been bringing Amari to this location not only because a co-worker referred me but because the staff was nice. However, Jessica’s interaction today was nothing short of amazing. This was the first time I was greeted and informed as well and as detailed as she did today. I wished there were stars to give because I would have given her the highest possible rating or score.

Everything was top tier. I really enjoyed the new nurse. She was knowledgeable and informative and moved at a fast pace. Thank you, guys.

We saw Mallory Gray, RN, for newborn care for our son. She was diligent in following up on jaundice from the hospital. Due to some concerns at the 2-week visit, we received a referral to do lab work at CHOA. Based on the results, the team at Dekalb Pediatrics coordinated an ER visit and we were admitted at Scottish Rite to treat an infection. Mallory called us twice while we were in the hospital to check in and saw us outpatient after the hospitalization. Her thorough, compassionate care ensured that our son received critical and effective treatment. Additionally, we appreciated the flexibility of Dekalb Pediatrics to schedule us for time sensitive appointments.

My baby girl is a new patient, but we have been welcomed with open arms. We always receive a nice warm greeting, and all of my concerns are addressed at each visit. Easy check in and check out process.

I love this clinic. The staff is so kind. Truly, we were there what felt like weekly this past respiratory season with my son having so many fevers. The providers and medical assistants are always so caring. I don’t ever feel silly with certain questions or concerns.

Highly recommend this practice to anyone.

We really enjoy working with Dr. Kolesky. She is insightful, relatable, and knowledgeable. I feel like she values my input as a parent but also works to develop a relationship with my child so she can be an active participant in the appointments as well-paving the way for her to start developing her own health autonomy (a great life skill!) We’ve been with Dekalb Pediatrics for 8 years now, Today’s visit was great as usual. Nurse was very friendly, greeted my son with his name, really tried to engage him. My son has autism, and he felt pretty comfortable with the nurse to go to the examination room. Dr. Pollack was also very attentive, gave enough time and answered all questions.

Dr. Kolesky was very nice and professional.

Dr. Kolesky, nurses (especially Rose) and other staff always make visits a pleasant experience. So much so that my teen would go to them as an adult if she could. They have taken such good care of her for the past 17 years.

We have been bringing our 8-year-old daughter to this practice since she was just days old, and our experience has been nothing but exceptional. From our first visit today, every interaction with the staff has been positive, from the welcoming front desk team to the caring and professional providers.

Dr. Pollack, in particular, has been a standout. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful ability to share research and studies to back up her medical advice, yet she also strikes a perfect balance by allowing parents to make informed decisions that feel right for their family. Her approach is so reassuring and empowering, and we always leave feeling confident and well-supported. Even during sick visits, where we often see different providers, the quality of care is consistently of care is consistently excellent.

The level of care and service has been top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier.

We have long loved this practice. Every doctor is so amazing, and we always feel heard and so well taken care of. Today was no exception. We came in for an annual flu shot (we were late; she had walking pneumonia when we were going to get it in November) and COVID booster. Rae is six now but still will get a little freaked out about a shot. Rose was INCREDIBLE. She even totally followed my lead and expressed that it was okay to feel nervous, but she was done in under 20 seconds flat! It was amazing, and Rae felt so proud of herself. We love this practice so much, and we appreciate you for reinforcing that every single time we are there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
